This Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30 is the World Health Meditation.  If you're interested in this meditation you can download the World Peace Grids from the International Center for Reiki Training.

In a few weeks I will be demonstrating Seated Tai Chi at Elder Care Cottages in Tichigan.
